At Penchura, we want you to be our customer for life. We are here to provide continued customer service and satisfaction long after your playground has been installed. Our Customer for Life Program offers continued site and safety inspections. Proper maintenance of your playground creates a safer environment and increases longevity of your play equipment.
Our field client services agent will visit your site and complete a site assessment form every 3-5 years based on the age of your playground, type of surfacing, and type of play equipment. You will receive a copy of your site assessment form as well as any recommendations within two weeks from the time of your site visit. Your local Penchura Representative will be available to assist with your follow up plan as needed.
